Jose Uzhca
Chef Jose comes from a family of culinary talent. The youngest of 4 brothers – all Italian cuisine chefs – Jose began cooking at 17 years old. He went on to work at the famous Mandarin Oriental in NYC and personally cooked for high-profile people such as Oprah Winfrey, The President of France, and numerous other celebrities.

Frank Rivera
Chef Frank moved to the U.S. in 1991 and started cooking the following year. Frank’s first job as a cook was at Cafe Fiorello’s where he met Jose. He then moved on to open Banquets Red Eye Grill as sub chef with renowned executive chef, Martin Doylle (who is now the food and beverage manager for Sands Casino in Pennsylvania). Frank also helped open the world famous Mandarin Oriental in NYC in 2003 alongside Jason Weaver who is now the executive chef of Mandarin Oriental Las Vegas.
